Pumpkin Muffins (I prefer Pillsbury Pumpkin Bread Mix) prepared according to instructions.
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Cool Whip
1 Packet Sea Salt Caramel Dip Mix
Prepare muffins and allow them to cool.
Mix up filling ingredients. Use a hand or stand mixer for maximum fluffiness.
Add filling to a piping bag.
Using a piping bag, press a hole into the top and fill. Add a dollop of topping or frost completely.
If you do not have a piping bag, you can cut a hole in the top of the muffin and spoon by hand. Using an apple corer works as well.
