Thin Crust Bruschetta Pizza

We love pizza every day of the week. This version put a unique spin on typical pizza with the sweet taste of sundried tomato. It's yummy with just cheese. Or you can skip the cheese and enjoy crispy tomato pie.


One Pizza Crust. We like the Rustic Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust.

One Packet Dippt Bruschetta Mix

One Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Garlic Salt

3 Tablespoons Hot Water

Fresh Mozzarella

Thinly chopped basil (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 3 Tablespoons of Hot Water with the Bruschetta Mix. Let sit for five minutes.

Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Place crust directly oven rack for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

Mix one cup of EVOO with the Bruschetta Mix. Spread a thin layer on the crust. Place thin slices of fresh mozzarella on top. Place in oven on broil for 5-7 minutes, until melted. Top with basil, if desired.

Slice with a pizza cutter and enjoy.
