If you miss the taste of jalapeno poppers from your neighborhood bar, this recipe is not only easy, but you'll never want to eat out again. OK, maybe that is a stretch, but this dip is seriously good and not too spicy.
One packet Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Crostini, Chips or Crackers
Mix it Up
Mix the Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix with the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream using an electric mixer. Place in a small oven-safe dish and smooth out the mixture. We use a brie dish that is about 6" wide and everything fits perfectly. Place Cheddar Cheese on Top, Followed by Panko Bread Crumbs.
Place in oven on Broil under cheese is melted and brown.
Serve immediately with crostini.
