If you are like us, you usually take a tropical vacation filled with fresh fruit like pineapple and coconut. Since travel is limited, we have a great way to bring the island flavor right to your kitchen.
Ingredients
One packet of Royal Hawaiian Dippt Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Whipped Topping
Sweented Coconut Flakes (optional)
Pineapple Chunks (optional)
Directions
Defrost Whipped Topping and allow Cream Cheese to soften. Mix together - a mixer or immersion blender works best, but you can mix by hand.
Mix in coconut or pineapple to your liking.
Top with shredded coconut and serve with Coconut Thins or fresh fruit.
